Questions labs ask us
What is diagnostic lab software (LIMS), and do I need it?
A LIMS, or lab information management system, keeps patients, samples, bills and reports in one place instead of a register. If your staff copy results by hand or search old registers for a past report, lab management software saves that work every day.
Does Sehatify work with my CBC or other analyzer?
Sehatify connects to CBC analyzers and other lab machines. Tell us your machine's brand and model in the form below, and we'll check it before your demo.
Can I send reports to patients on WhatsApp?
Yes. The patient gets the report as a PDF on WhatsApp from Sehatify's business account, so no one forwards reports from a staff phone. You can still print the same report on your letterhead.
Does Sehatify handle radiology reports too?
Yes. X-ray, USG and ECG are billed on the same bill as pathology tests, and their reports are made in Sehatify, on the same letterhead.
Who sets it up, and how much work is it for me?
Your part is a 2-minute form. Our team sets up your letterhead, tests, rates and analyzer connection, and trains your staff. You don't need an IT person.
Is my patients' data safe, and where is it stored?
Your data is stored in India, on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai. Each lab's data is kept separate, and every staff member logs in with their own account. The Activity Tracker records who changed what.
Can staff who aren't comfortable with computers use it? Do you train in Hindi?
Yes. Each screen shows only what that job needs, and we train your team in Hindi or English. If someone gets stuck later, our support team helps.
